I'm a 25 yr old female from Bellingham, MA. I love to swim and would like to fine tune what skills I possess and maybe join a team. Any advice how I coule go about doing this?? :help:

The above link lists many options in New England.

The best way to hone your skills is to be on a Masters team that has a regular coach that attends practices.

Another thing that could be beneficial to you is to attend a stroke clinic. A lot of teams offer them at a very low cost, or free to members. Stroke clinics are good for new swimmers or experienced swimmers who just need a little refresher (which is pretty much everyone from time to time). There are several master swim clubs just on the Canadian side not far from Bellingham - Winskill Otters in Delta BC. I know they cater to all levels. http://www.winskillotters.com/
