I am planning on running a half-marathon early this summer and I would like to use swimming to help build my anerobic threshold.

I could sneak in two swim workouts aweek and wondered if you could suggest a couple of plans that I could use during a lunch-hour swim.

I have been swimming for quite some time but I just do free-style laps (1600meters in about 32:00).

Any suggestions?
