    100 sprint off blocks
    --went breast

    Didn't warm down because I was in a hurry to get home. We need to hit the road to Atlanta for a gymnastics meet. A little stiff after working out and a road trip.
    This was one of my favorite workouts we have done in awhile. Back and the IM's felt great. The set of breaststroke swims was a bit harder for me to hold together.
