I think I could have tackled the whole thing as a main set with more warm up, but launching right into it did me in. Time to regroup for tomorrow!

Saturday 1/12 AM only SCY OK. So sometimes I am guilty of telling a white lie or two. Like yesterday when I said I was taking a much needed break from exercise today. Well, after coaching a college meet this morning, Doug Martin showed up to do a timed 50 FR (since the touch pads and timing system was all set up), and asked me to provide some competition.
