    Sticking some extra spaces in this write-up so that the workout doesn't look like vomit on the page. the 400/4x100/300/4x75/200/4x50 was the whole set, done twice through. Also only took the extra rest after the 100s and 75s so that I could put my pulling equipment back on. 10 seconds is about the bare minimum time I need to switch gear.
