    Had planned to do this set today. But during warm-up I did not feel great. First round of the 150s seemed so-so and I almost decided to audible into a drill practice. Glad I stuck with it though, as I felt great from 150s RD2 onward. Even managed to generate some real speed on the last couple fast 50s!
