    Comments: A little slower than I wanted to go, but my heart rate was a little low at the end. However, the low red HR (26/10) and averaging 1:03s matches what I have being doing in practice during our Xx200/300/400s set so at least I was consistent.

    Thoughts:
    I had a rough weekend. Played in a water polo match Saturday morning and then came home to a wife who wanted a running partner, so I did a 5 mile run (left her behind and held a 7:30 mile pace). Sunday I had 2 soccer games, the second one being 7v7 small field, and my team only had 6! Managed to dig our way out of a 2 goal deficit to win undermanned, but it took everything out of me. Consequently, after the 16x100 today (which felt awful), I was toast and called it a day. Hoping to be fully recovered tomorrow!

    Comments: Now that the club team is back from spring break I have been training with them. We keep repeating that Xx100s set until everyone can do it easily without issue (there are some people who struggle because they fell out of shape over break). I don't mind the repetition because its a good set for setting up my FR stroke for later in the practice.
