Workouts and musings from a recovering CPA who returned to swimming after a 20 year absence (Div III, Claremont/Mudd/Scripps--Claremont, CA) and picked up a couple other sports in the process and became a summertime triathlete & a wintertime swimmer.
I swim mostly on my own, but occasionally practice with the Monroe Y Masters team. Many workouts are lifted from other websites, though I have started designing my own workouts recently and welcome suggestions.
I'm looking forward to a fun winter swim season before shifting gears (again) to running and triathlons in the spring and summer. This summer I will be participating in Ironman Canada and need to devote some time to cycling to pull it off successfully!
