    Warm down: 200 EZ

    Comments:
    • Set 1 - Swam all strokes smooth building each 50.
    • Set 2 - Some old fashioned pulling, and it certainly gave my shoulders a workout.
    • Set 3 - This how I would like to swim without the fins! But swimming with fins does make it fun.
