    Main Set:

    8 Rounds of:
    • 1 x 200 IM (build each 50) @ 3:40
    • 2 x 50 Free FAST @ 1:10
    • These hurt, I was just sore all over, probably from last night's intense workout...my shoulder's screaming at me a little too.
    • I avg'd 2:35s on the IM, and came down to 2:30 on the final 2 rounds
    • The 50s were blah, about :30-:31s
