I swim on a small team (Madison Titans) with 4 regulars and a couple others that can't make the morning workout. On Saturdays and occasional weekdays, I drop by HSA in Huntsville for a swim in the big pool.

    100 Easy
    Made 100 kick/100 free. 3:05 is about the best I'm going to do with a drag suit on. I'd have a shot at 2:50 without it.

    200 Back - 3:00
    300 Free - 4:00 (1st 25 of each 100 fly)
    400 Free - 5:00
    100 Easy
    After the 100, this was all touch and go. I think I missed the interval on the 300 but had about 5 seconds to spare on the 400.
