I swim on a small team (Madison Titans) with 4 regulars and a couple others that can't make the morning workout. On Saturdays and occasional weekdays, I drop by HSA in Huntsville for a swim in the big pool.

  1. 11.13.12 - Tuesday workout

    Swam w/ Dave, Dave, Dave, Keith and Ray. Woke up this morning with severe arthritis pain in my back. It was probably from refereeing this weekend but I didn't feel it yesterday. I took some ibuprofen and headed to the pool hoping the situation would improve. At first, flip turns hurt but after about 1000 yards, I was pain free. Big reminder of why I swim. Hurts a little now but it is far more manageable.
