I swim on a small team (Madison Titans) with 4 regulars and a couple others that can't make the morning workout. On Saturdays and occasional weekdays, I drop by HSA in Huntsville for a swim in the big pool.

    Swam w/ Aundrey, Meredith, Dave, Dave, Dave, Roger and Keith. My back is a wreck after chasing kids through the science museum yesterday and driving home. Swimming felt good. Hurts now.

    600 Warm up

    8 x 100 Up/Down Kick - 1:40 (:05)
    50 Easy

    10 x 100 - 1:30
    * Odds IM (1:25 -> 1:17)
    * Evens Free (1:15 -> 1:07)

    500 easy. Breathe every stroke on first 25. Increase a stroke per breath every 25 yds after that until failure. Start over. Made it up to 12 strokes per breath before restarting.

    4 rounds of: (Stroke = IM Order by iteration)
    * 2 x 25 stroke - :30 easy/hard
    * 2 x 25 kick - :40 easy/hard
    50 Easy

    3 x 300 Pull/Stroke/Kick - 4:00

    4 x 100 IM Order - 1:45

    3 x 200 Backstroke pull - 3:00 (2:50, 2:45, 2:42)

    200 Cool down
