This is my blog where I will be posting my experience with Masters Swimming and my journey to get back in shape and become a healthier person.
Well, I am finally going to do something to get myself healthier and lose weight. I am really hoping this works. I have let myself go too long and now I am feeling anxious about my health. I really would like to feel better. I missed swimming today because I am feeling very overwhelmed with all that needs to get done. Too much stuff! I am going to try to get to the pool tomorrow night or Saturday morning. We'll see.
