  1. Monday, Nov 5 - Working Off the Weekend

    Well I only put on 5 pounds this weekend - Pizza Buffet, potato and eggs, cherry cobbler, Chinese buffet - talk about hitting my weaknesses. Plus Saturday, as I was building a hearth for our fireplace, I realized I couldn't lift my arm above my shoulder. Started ibuprofen to ease the pain. Felt a little sore but not too bad Monday morning. Had a breakfast so I had to cut my swim short, still it was a pretty good workout.
