    Started new period of workouts today. Hit a wall last week after two months of 6000+ yd workouts. Saturday I set some base times and for the next 3 months w/o will be 80 minutes long and distance will be 4500 +/- yards. So speed and strokes will get emphasis.

    Sat. times in a 5300 workout - Sets - 100 fr 1:18 - 1:20 on 1:30; 200 fr 2:40 - 2:45 on 3:00; 50 fr - :37 +/-; 200 Bk - 2:55 - 2:58 on 3:20; 100 bk -1:25 - 1:30 on 1:40; 50 bk - :40 on :50. At the end of practice, pulled 100 fr in 1:10 and 100 Bk in 1:17.

    Today swam with Ray, Peter, Dave B. and Teresa. Did Ray's hour of power. I still feel weak but my pace held up pretty well.

    4x125 on 1:45 - 1:27 - 1:32
    2x500 on 7:30 - 6:50's
    5x300 on 4:30 - 4:05 to 4:10
    5x200 on 3:00 - 2:45's

    100 easy on 2:00

    10x50 on :50 - :35 to :40

    200 kick

    5x100 Bk pull on 1:45 - 1:28 -1:30
    3x100 fr pull on 1:30 - 1:25's
