Your secret to shaking and baking Dennis will be the breaststroke leg. You can hang with him on the fly and should be able to edge ahead a bit on the back. Just watch out for the Sun Yang / Ye Shiwen Circa 2012 finish on the freestyle.

Have fun and I hope to see you there Thursday and Friday.

I love that 10 min easy swim. That 100 is a serious taper swim. I love it.

    This made me laugh.

wasn't happy with it so I went in the lockerroom and shaved my head
    Nice job on your swims.

It must be faster if it's worth the risk of changing technique last minute before event

He told me about a better backstroke turn, I practiced it a bit in warm up then did it in the meet. It feels faster.
Tell us more! We need details, and video!

I'd love to see a vid of that backstroke turn.

So since the deadline has already passed, did you enter or are you still considering it?

    Good luck this weekend.

Thanks Ande. Me too. My dad passed away in February, so it's been a tough go the past couple of years.
I am training well, just need to practice sprinting.
Wish I could do Mission Viejo, but we'll be traveling with our boys.
Swim well in Rockwall this weekend, we have a wedding of a very good friend and our boys are all coming up for it. I think I'm busier than ever even though the boys are all gone
    Take care,
    Kristin

Before you drop Zones in Oklahoma, I wanted to tell you the Jenks pool is a very good venue. I know it's a bit of a drive from Austin, but it could be well worth it. It's my first meet since Omaha Nationals. I hope I remember how to race.

'posted this to the Pan-Ams thread already, but congrats on the good meet, and I'm amazed at the accuracy of your seed times!
