Hammering it out

I will be maintiaining the gains I have made with my kick this past year but will again focus more toward the distances again.

As always I modify workouts based on how I feel a particular day, so yes I give in to the pain when appropriate. I like the long sets and paddles are my favorite toy.

    Just did not have the energy this morning. I was not pleased with my efforts, nor my speed. I guess we all have those days.
