Mixing it up this year

I really like my toys and will continue to use them. The mix will be both distance and sprints. My focus for this year is to maintain my 200 fly time.

  2. Supposed to be an easy day today

    I am doing the Fast Metabolism Revolution program right now and training every day is not what I am supposed to do but I am just adding an extra snack or two each day to account for all the yardage I do.

  4. Test set

    Testing the strength of each arm today. Even though I am right handed my left arm is significantly faster than my right.

  6. Tough LCM day

    The pool was packed. Visiting team was in with GCAT so we had 30 to a lane for the kids team. Lucky for us Masters still had their 2 lanes with 7-8 per lane.

  10. Deck Entered the 200 Fly

    I deck entered the 200 Fly this weekend and havent' swam that fast since 2011, went 3:13. Made finals and yes swam it again in 3:17. Pleased with the result.

    It was a little more difficult to tell when I was near the wall since they didn't turn on the really bright lights this morning, but I managed to sleep swim thru my first 1000.
