    200 fly for time 3:27

  2. Tried to keep up with Ann

    That was hard today but the lane mix was such that I moved in with Ann and tried to keep up as best I can.

    This is an old one. This hardest part was not the fly it was making the breast interval. The free was more of a warm down.

  7. Great meet and tried to do a recovery day but...

    This weekend my 100, 200 and 500 Free were about average but my 1000 Free yesterday was reminicent of 2011 times with a 13:17.57.

    Today was a recovery day or was it?

    Still babying my right neck and shoulder muscles but I did want to get some fly drill in anyway.

    500 free kick NO FINS! in under 18 minutes I have gotten slow with my kick but this one was much better than normal.

  16. Neck and shoulder not loose

    Had issues with the next and shoulder muscles on my right side but did manage a good bit of swimming today.

  18. Oh my aching knee

    In an effort to do an easy recovery day I did some breaststroke today. That left knee of mine took a while to loosen up.

  20. What possessed me to work hard

    Tried to stay away from my paddles this time and what did I do?.....Fly. The set I did is not as good short course as long course.
