Mixing it up this year

I really like my toys and will continue to use them. The mix will be both distance and sprints. My focus for this year is to maintain my 200 fly time.

  1. The one hour postal

    This was the last day I was not on call so I got it done. Had some issues the last 5 minutes with pushing my heart rate too high so had to switch to back stroke, thus limiting my ability to hit 4000 in 1 hour.

    Went 3875 in one hour followed by 125 EZ to make a total of 4000

  5. Tried to keep up with Ann

    That was hard today but the lane mix was such that I moved in with Ann and tried to keep up as best I can.

    This is an old one. This hardest part was not the fly it was making the breast interval. The free was more of a warm down.

  12. Great meet and tried to do a recovery day but...

    This weekend my 100, 200 and 500 Free were about average but my 1000 Free yesterday was reminicent of 2011 times with a 13:17.57.

    I ended the year with the 100x50@:55 LCM wednesday and actually felt fairly good after. Todays workout was not as much but just as hard.
