    2 x 50 fly drills

    Main Sets:

    8 x 25 burst + cruise @ 1:00

    400 social kick

    4 x (4 x 25 shooters w/fins) @ :40
    1 = DPK
    2 = burst + cruise
    3 = EZ
    4 = fast
    -- Tough interval for this set with the fast ones. I kicked on top of the water for a couple of the EZ ones.

    300 social kick
    hot tubbing
    chatting with Wally

    1 = fly drill

    Did a mostly recovery workout today. I was feeling kinda tired, maybe from the 3 x drylands in 5 days. Hopefully, I'll be able to bring some heat tomorrow.

    I'm pining for a black Arena suit for nationals next year. Why doesn't Arena make black?!
