    Good morning! I had a short swim last night at the J 925m all of which were divided up in different propulsions, some focusing on shoulders and neck positions, hips and core balance (Cokie Lepinski video) and of course on the catch and pull. I found a website that has a multitude of person trainers "Thumbtack" to help me build up my body strength to become a stronger swimmer. I feel I should be cautious as I don't want to get heavy?.. The idea for me is to be stronger and faster. I'm contemplating on joining local swim team but was hoping for more of some one on one training in the pool.

    This morning going to the gym to do a little weights from a "jazz hands" list and FINA video "Prevention of Shoulder Injuries in Aquatic Sports"...
