    Thursday, 7/4/2019 Pool Workout
    Pool is dang hot, 85 at this point. Stormed last night so they didn't get to put the aerators in. Took some extra rests throughout to cool off, still got everything done in under and hour and a half.

    I think that's the most yardage I've done since I've been back in Masters. Maybe did more one of the Saturdays I swam with the National group in the spring before Sectionals, but this is waaaaay most long course at least.

    Full rest day tomorrow I think, my body is feeling pretty beat up.
