    Started the day with a 40-minute bike ride with my wife. Not fast but I'm not exactly used to biking so legs were feeling it. Then to the pool a couple hours later... definitely feeling it!

    2 - IM dr/sw

    4x400 6:40
    200 fr/200 IM k - hold first 200, descend second 200

    8x50 :55 dr/sw warmdown
