    Warmup - plyos, stretching, barbell warmup

    Pause Snatch + OHS - 95/1+1, 115/1+1, 135/1+1, 155/1+1, EMOM 175/1+1x8, 180/1+1, 185/1+1

    Shoulder Press - 45/8, 75/8, 95/8,8,8

    Pendlay Row - 135/8, 155/8,8
