I'm a freestyler, (just turned 50!) so most of the workouts here will be freestyle oriented. I swim all the distances, but tend to be better the longer the swim. I also do some backstroke, but never do any breastroke.
I create some workouts for some swim mates, so I'll point them here for the times I can't make it. I'll also try to keep track of my training regimen and progress, so let's go!
