    Ditto on the neck pain. Ande did you have a bad dive or anything? I feel a little twinge of the left neck and shoulder and think it's b/c I was messing about with my dive trying to "pike" and I "headbutted" the water upon entry...think I got a little tweak from it.

    Was the pain before or after all those 400s? Can't say I'll be stealing this workout ...

    I always get the pain you describe when I sleep restlessly or in some odd position.
