Man, Whitney sure is tightening the screws, tough practice. I hope she told you ahead of time that she was expecting those 1-sec drops?

    Nice job too.

Tough workout! That's a LOT of fast 50s and 100s for one practice ... You're in great shape right now.

I specifically recall you saying last year that you had absolutely no interest in seeing how far you could swim in one hour.

Ande, even I, as a former glutton for long swims and being pushed by others to do the postal swim, cannot muster the enthusiasm to do it. By all means, go for it if you can.

Double the props on how you're swimming.

    Hey Chris,
thanks, that was a pretty tough work out
she told us to drop our average time by a second on each round

    Hi Leslie,
    thanks
I know I said last year I had no interest in seeing how far I could swim in one hour. but that's what we did for practice today

    Pat,
I mustered the enthusiasm to do it.
Thought it might help my 200's for my upcoming meet
pretty sure it won't help my 50's
