    out for weather

    First time in a pool for about 10 days, enjoyed the brief time I had in there. Lifted weights this morning. Repacking bags for vaction on the 22nd.

    It was overcast this morning for our planned swim at Lake Paran, so my only companions in the water was this gaggle of ducks. I swam for about 20 minutes, enjoying the cloud cover blanketing the surrounding hills and the fun sparrows flying overhead. An rather large trout (which are stocked in this lake) darted right underneath me. A fun 0.45 mile stretch-out swim after yesterdays meet.
