    Warmup - airbike, plyos, stretching

    Strength - Bench Press 45/5, 135/5, 155/5, 175/5, 185/5, 195/3
    //Triceps weren't having it after HSPUs Saturday!

    Conditioning - For time
    20 power clean 115#
    40 wall balls 20#
    15 power clean 135#
    30 wall balls 20#
    10 power clean 155#
