    rd 2: 2 x 50 on 1:10, 2 x 50 on 1:20 fast, 150 ez [did 75's on first group)
    rd 3. 1 x 50 on 1:10, 3 x 50 on 1:30 fast, 200 ez [did 100's on fast]
