  2. 7/15/19 Workout

    Saturday did a 12-mile bike with my wife. Didn't go real fast but man, my butt hurt from the seat afterward! Then drove up to Quad Cities for a bachelor party for a buddy. Even though I really didn't do anything active Sunday, for some reason my tris/lats were really sore in the water this morning.
