    300 swim/100 kick/4 x 50 pull/2 x 25 fast/100 easy

    Sweedish 1:01 (jbs's 50 set - started at :10, I barely made :28 and missed 29)

    300 as 50 kick, 50 pull (with snorkel - I did 400)

    3 x 50 even pace on 1:00

    200 loosen and out

    Good swim with Greg, Jim, and Carol. Trying to get into the water more but my work schedule seems to be getting in the way. I was able to get the motorcycle out yesterday and enjoyed the beautiful weather here in VT with my wife:
