    Wasn't sure if Trip was going to be back from Mexico today so I had something else prepared but when he showed up I did his workout instead. I aimed to hold my threshold interval (1:08 for now), that is what I sort of used for my "pace" today. I also aimed to hold the same pace for every 100 of each distance, as opposed to going out hard and then backing off but still "averaging" my target pace.
