  2. 1/25/18 Workout

    Turned out it was more than a cold. Had chills Monday evening, fever through Tuesday, sapped of energy on Wednesday. Finally felt a bit more like myself Wednesday night so went in for a swim this morning. Lucky us, the HVAC wasn't running so no airflow!
