I came in today with the idea I was going to take things pretty easy and rest up a little for Fast Friday and my Meet this this week end, but it didn't quite workout that way

    Ande, Nice sets. Again, I've gotta ask: when you going to "man up" and swim a 500 in a meet? You're doing enough mid-distance workouts that you should find a meet to do this in, just to see what you can do.

    I'm totally ripping the core of this workout off as I'm swimming solo tomorrow, albeit in an SCM pool.

    Nice! Making the 2:10 on 200s. Seriously, you could totally be a "tour de force" in the 500 in your age group.
