Warm-up:
1 x 300 free
4 x 50's @ 1:00 as 25 free build/25 back build
100 easy kick w/board
8 x 25's, 1-4 free on :30, 5-8 back on :40
fast/no breather to 15yds then cruise
100 easy
(900)

Main Set
6 x 200's @ 5:00 as follows:
100 fast, rest 1:00...
100 easy recovery focusing on technique
odds back, evens free
(on back went 1:14,1:16, 1:18; on free went 1:12, 1:10, 1:12)
(1200/2100)

Cool down
4 x 100 on 2:00, alternating back and free

Total: 2500 yards.


Did an hour of yoga this evening.
