Mixing it up this year

Friday 1/16 - Meet day has arrived

Got up this morning back felt wonderful, then I walked down the stairs and OUCH! I think this workout loosened me up enough. I am going to use my tens unit for a while this morning, hopefully by this evening I will be some what normal.

1000 as 200 of swim/pull/swim/kick/swim
5x100 @ 2:30 Fly 25 rt arm, 25 lft arm, 25 drill, 25 swim
6x50 @ 1:15 alternate back/breast
200 EZ

Total of 2000 yards.

    How did the meet go?
    Hope your back was good!
    That looks like a good workout for me to try; I'm emphasizing fly these days.

    The one arm fly has always helped loosen my back up. It is a ritual for me if I want to be able to bend over and do a proper start. I also find that swimming fly even though it might hurt to do it does make me feel better after. It is worth the little bit of pain.
