Tech suits are made from hydrophobic material, meaning they repel water, but I've noticed as some suits age they don't repel water as well as they did when they were new. Further they stretch out and don't squeeze as tightly losing their compression.

also I left early on the easy ones so this set was more like:

Swim Workouts

    Good luck this weekend. Are your entry times your best times or target times? I should think your 200 free should be easily under 1:50 with the sets and times you've been doing in workouts.

    I did those times in various meets around january in past years
    I hope to swim a decent 200 fr & want to split it well,
    I think swimming in meets is the best kind of training

    Good luck, Ande! You're absolutely right: swimming in meets IS the best kind of training. I am really envious of the number of meets you get to participate in. I am sure all will go swimmingly well tomorrow.
