Main Set:
Distance Free
Swim the following set 2 times:
1 x 400/30sr
(#1 6:20, #2 6:25)
4 x 100/1:40 500 pace
(kept these between 1:28 and 1:31 both rounds)

Swim with fins:
6 x 100/1:40
(with zoomers, ave 1:30)

Cool Down
200 easy free and back

Total: 3300 meters
