Great swims today! I think you'll be smashing all your yards times this year, especially now that you're B70 clad. 25K+ a week sure seems to agree with you.

Good luck in the 50 tonight!

Most excellent again. I can't wait to see what you do when you're tapered.

What's interesting to me is that you seem to be doing more yardage than last year -- maybe that's just my impression -- and I think it shows in the 100 fly, 200 free, 200IM. And yet your sprinting is still clearly there, you were faster than last year at this time.

I saw that you took 13 kicks on your 50 back; how were you on the 15m mark? I always worry that 13 kicks would get me DQ'd...especially in a B70.

Have you been working on longer SDKs in practice, in preparation for the last turn in the 100? I really like Whitney's practices but I don't recall a lot of kicking, maybe I'm mis-remembering.

Very nice swimming, by the way!

    thanks fort
    I went 24.64 so I went a little faster

    Thanks Pat,
I can't wait to see what I do after strength and speed training. I need to be stronger

    Hi Chris,
I am doing more yardage. I've resumed normal training the question is for how long. I wore a blue seventy at this meet last year I wore an FS I Jammer

last time I swam the 200 scy IM unshaved un rested was in 2005
    around this time I went 2:01.8 splitting it: 25.6 31.8 35.4 28.9
I wound up going 2:00.8 then 1:59.9 at zones

whiney assigns some fin kicking sets, I do a good amount of SDK in practice. I'd like to do more fast kicking 25's - 200's

in the 50 bk, whitney said 13 kicks put me a half a stroke too far (there was no judge at the line) so I switched to 12 also I'm changing how deep my body goes on SDKs
I'm probably 3 to 5 feet underwater when I SDK now
