I wasn't happy with my 100 fly at zones, I choked right off the turn so I've decided to deck enter the

    Hey Ande - nice improvements over a week ago in the 100 fly and 200 IM. I would guess that not stopping for a drink at the turn in the fly helped a lot, but to what do you attribute the better IM time? Better rested? Better splitting? Normal statistical fluctuations? I see the fly leg was slower by the back a lot faster.
