Thursday 1/22 - Lost my workout card

Midway thru my workout the card with my workout on it fell under the gutter grate and floated away. Most of this is from memory since I had read the workout several times before starting this morning.
8x50 @ 1:00 Free 1/2 pull 1/2 kick
3x100 @ 1:45 Free with paddles and bouy Desc 1-3 went 1:32, 1:26, 1:19
5x100 @ 2:00 Free 1/2 pull 1/2 kick
3x200 @ 3:30 Free with paddles and bouy Desc 1-3 went 3:02, 2:52, 2:36
8x50 @ 1:05 Free right arm only with paddle
(this is were the card went sailing)
8x50 @ :55 Free paddle on right hand only 4 kicks on the paddle hand
8x50 @ 1:05 Free left arm only with paddle
8x50 @ :55 Free paddle on left hand only 4 kicks on the paddle hand
100 Free EZ
Total 3500 yards
