New Year...New Goals

Finally some swimming...

Yes, there's a swim workout in here somewhere...

Here's the last week's worth of workouts:

Tues, Jan. 13- Evening spin class

Thurs, Jan. 15- Spin class at lunch, hour run on treadmill

Sat, Jan. 17- 14 mile run in 9 degrees and 2 hours 6 minutes.

Mon, Jan. 19- Spin class at Jeff's gym, 1100 meter swim (500 swim, 4 x 100 drill, 6 x 25 skull, 2 x 25 skull races)

Tues, Jan 20- 4.5 mile run outside

Thurs, Jan 22- 5 mile run on treadmill,
swim with FXCM-
400 warm up
4 x 125 (right, left, catch up, 50 swim)
8 x 50 (25 sprint kick, slow arms, 25 swim)
100 easy
4 times through: 75 fast on 1:00, 50 easy on 1:15)
4 times through: 50 fast on :45, 25 easy on :45)
100 warm down

2300 yards total
