    I admire your civilized pace!

    Unfortunately, we need to cram our whole practices into an hour, so we generally don't get a 1:30 per hundred pace, especially on distance days.

    Your swimming is so alacritous (a word? not quite sure...), anyhow, so fast, that I will bring the notion of a civilized pace to the attention of my right bloody brutal bastard of a harsh taskmaster coach and see what he thinks about it!
