200 Swim - 200 Skill Drills
4 x 50/55 build (did all free)
8 x 5/30 Strong (did 2 free, 2 back etc)

Challenge Set
20 x 100/2:00
Every 4th Timed
Take pulse after each swim
Remember Timed Swims
(1-4, 9-12, 17-20 free: timed ones 1:21, 1:22, 1:23, others ave 1:28-30
5-8, 13-16 back: timed ones 1:35, 1:32, others 1:38-1:41

HR was 1:45-55 on non timed ones, 155-170 after fast ones)

Cool down
100 easy free

Total: 2900 meters
