I'm trying out the new send a forum post to your blog feature that Jim added.

I wanted to save this workout to do after taper. Really liked it.

    hahaha. I think I actually do more of Chris and Ande's sets, but I generally like Paul's workouts too when they don't involve 400 free repeats or too much mid D love. I am more of a worshipper of kicking.
