Getting back into shape - 02/03

500 w/u

4 x 100 IM drill r:15

5 x 100 r:10 for time

100 EZ

4 x (150 fr @ 2:15, 100 IM/Stroke @ 1:40, 50 kick no board @ 1:10)

50 EZ

2 x 50 sprint (it was supposed to be 5 done as a 1000 yard relay with 3 teammates but my calf cramped something fierce during #2)

150 c/d

My arms were hurtin' after this one. This is the first time I put two good workouts back to back in months - at least since October but I suspect it might have been July.

    Thanks Chris ... I'm swimming in meets this weekend and next ... possibly the next 4 in a row. We'll see how that goes.
