* 1 x 200 Pull - 3:00
* 6 x 25 Stroke - :30
*** FL/BK/BR Easy/Hard

100 Easy

10 x 100 Up/Down kick - 1:30 (:10) Start w/ 100 Free. If you get more than 10 sec. rest, substitute 25 free w/ 25 kick (up). If you get less that 10 sec rest, substitute 25 kick w/ 25 free (down).

100 Easy

5 x 100 IM - 1:45
5 x 100 Kick - 2:00

100 Cooldown

We usually swim in Huntsville on Saturday mornings but they were closed due to a dive competition. Instead, the Huntsville swimmers came out to Madison and we worked out a little later in the morning. Allways fun to swim with more people!
